PLA & PETG
Suitable for many enclosures, fit checks, brackets and general prototypes. Temperature and long-term loads still need assessment.
FDM 3D printing in Switzerland using carbon- or glass-fibre-filled thermoplastics where technically suitable. We assess materials, geometry and loading for every project.
Loading, temperature, moisture, print orientation and the exact polymer grade matter more than the marketing label.
Suitable for many enclosures, fit checks, brackets and general prototypes. Temperature and long-term loads still need assessment.
Short carbon fibres may increase stiffness. These abrasive filaments require suitable processing and careful assessment of moisture and heat. Available on request.
Glass-fibre-filled materials can be useful for dimensional stability, depending on the grade and print conditions. Surface finish and toughness vary.
Further thermoplastics may be assessed based on their datasheets, current equipment and availability. Not every combination can be printed reliably.
PET-CF and PA6-CF use short chopped carbon fibres. FORMORIX does not currently offer continuous-fibre printing. No specific structural, thermal or certified properties are guaranteed without appropriate testing.
Nominal Creality K1 Max build volume. Actual usable dimensions depend on geometry, filament, orientation and clearances.
Textured or smooth PEI surfaces and different nozzle diameters can be selected for a part. Please specify critical dimensions and desired surface finish.
Examples include printer and machine fixtures, adapters, technical enclosures, jigs and RC model parts. We do not provide certified manufacturing for safety-critical or regulated uses.
STL, STEP or 3MF, or a dimensioned sketch with details about intended use.
We review material, loads, print orientation, availability and dimensional requirements.
For one-offs or small batches, feasibility comes first.
