Technical capabilities
Clear limits for our current K1 Max printer. We review unusual projects individually.
Layer-by-layer manufacturing using thermoplastic filaments.
K1 Max nominal dimensions. Actual usable space depends on geometry, material and required clearance.
Many common and engineering filaments can be sourced and processed depending on the material and geometry. Some standard materials are in stock; specialist filaments may require additional sourcing time and feasibility checks.
Tolerances, fit, surface texture and layer height must be discussed for each application.
A larger toolchanger system is being developed and is not yet a regular service.
We can turn a sufficiently dimensioned hand-drawn sketch into a printable CAD model or modify existing designs. Scope, feasibility and costs are agreed in advance.

FDM parts can have direction-dependent strength. We do not currently provide certified manufacturing for safety-critical, medical or regulated applications. Temperature, UV exposure and mechanical loads must be evaluated case by case.
